You add a skill to Claude once, then say one sentence and it does the job with your packages, your travel rule, your MLS rules and your voice. Every skill drafts. Nothing sends, posts, delivers, texts or spends without your yes. HOW TO ADD A SKILL (2 minutes) Claude app: Settings > Capabilities > turn on "Code execution and file creation" > Skills > Upload skill > pick the skill's .zip (don't unzip it). Make sure its toggle is on. Claude Code: unzip the skill into ~/.claude/skills/ (one folder per skill). Then start a new chat and say the sentence. RULES EVERY SKILL FOLLOWS - Drone: "FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot" only if you confirmed it. No skill says a flight is legal or approved; airspace and LAANC are your check, in your own app. - MLS set: no people, no logos or text. Virtual staging is furniture and decor only, labeled, with the original kept. No removing power lines, poles, cracks or anything permanent. - Your usage terms, word for word. Never "you own the photos" unless your terms say so. - The same review ask to every agent. No gating, no freebies for reviews. - Captions describe the property, never who should live there (Fair Housing). - Homeowners only get prep messages, with consent. Never marketing. - No invented stats like "homes sell 32% faster". TIPS - Talk to it like you'd talk to an office manager. Short is fine. - Drag in orders, listing sheets, price sheets, exports or screenshots. It reads them. - Say "update my profile" any time your packages, travel or MLS rules change. - Every skill shows you the draft first. You send it.
