REALTORS 4.0 SKILLS GUIDE What each skill does, what to say to Claude, and where to start for your business. You add a skill to Claude once, then say one sentence and it does the job with your brokerage line, your towns, your brand and your voice. Every skill drafts and checks the draft for Fair Housing and required disclosures. Nothing sends, posts, texts or spends without your yes. The only exception is a job you put on AUTO in AI Autopilot yourself. WHAT YOU NEED - A paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) and the Claude desktop app: https://claude.ai/download - For the AI office skills (receptionist, chatbot, text back, reactivation, automations, autopilot, office assistant): a GoHighLevel account. HOW TO ADD A SKILL (2 minutes) Claude app: Settings > Capabilities > turn on "Code execution and file creation" > Skills > Upload skill > pick the skill's .zip (don't unzip it). Make sure its toggle is on. Claude Code: unzip the skill into ~/.claude/skills/ (one folder per skill). Then start a new chat and say the sentence. STEP 1 FOR EVERYONE: SET UP YOUR PROFILE Add Realtor Onboard first and say: set me up It asks one question at a time (brokerage and license, towns, brand, your buyer and seller voice, the disclosure line your broker requires) and saves your Agent profile so every other skill already knows your business. At the end it suggests three skills to try first. WHERE TO START, BASED ON YOUR BUSINESS Answer these honestly. Each "yes" points to a skill.
