Photography
$300
Ground listing photography for a standard residential property.
For first-time Flyover clients
I moved my family back to Greater Boston after five years in Los Angeles, and I am rebuilding my New England network by putting the work first. Bring an active or coming-soon listing and seller permission. I will photograph and film it so you can judge Flyover on your own property.
The complimentary package
The first shoot is a working sample, not a stripped-down teaser. You receive finished media you can use on the listing.
Ground
A complete gallery that gives buyers a clear sense of the property and gives you enough variety for MLS, social, and seller updates.
Air
Use aerial context when it helps explain the setting, then give buyers a one-minute walkthrough built from ground and drone footage.
Plan
Give buyers the layout, give your brokerage a compliant unbranded link, and give your own marketing a branded destination.
The work

A buyer can understand the layout
Photos create interest. A measured floor plan helps a buyer understand how the rooms connect before the showing. Every complimentary package includes a listing-ready plan.
Illustrative sample. Your final plan reflects the measured property.

These are the simple repeat-client rates attached to this offer. Travel, unusual access, rush work, added edits, and non-standard property needs are confirmed before booking.
For later shoots, eligible clients can choose Titus Pay at Close through Spiro. Titus pays Flyover when the media is ordered. The approved applicant repays Titus from the sale proceeds or under the final loan terms.
A licensed agent or broker with a signed residential listing agreement can apply. This lets an individual agent align the media bill with commission income, and gives a brokerage a payment option it can share with its agents.
The homeowner selling the property can apply separately, subject to ownership, equity, credit, property, and listing requirements. This is the correct consumer path. It is not placed on the home buyer.
Titus is a third-party lender. Pre-qualification uses a soft credit pull. Eligibility is not guaranteed. Rates currently range from 0% to 8% based on state and credit profile, and exact terms are shown before acceptance. Payment is generally due when the home sells, the listing is canceled or withdrawn, or six months after the first disbursement. Late or missed repayment may affect credit. Titus through Spiro is currently unavailable in California, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Provider terms control and may change.
How the offer works
Send the active listing, preferred date, approximate square footage, and confirmation that the seller has approved the shoot.
I confirm that you are a first-time Flyover client and that the property is in Maine, New Hampshire, or Greater Boston.
Once accepted, we lock the date and complete the complimentary deliverables. Photos target a 24-hour delivery and video targets 48 hours.
Before you request
You are a first-time Flyover Creative client and a licensed agent, broker, or authorized listing representative.
The property is active or preparing to list, and the seller has given permission for the media appointment.
The residential property is no larger than 8,000 finished square feet and is inside the confirmed service area.
Common questions
Yes. There is no required subscription or future purchase. I moved my family back to Greater Boston after five years in Los Angeles, and I would rather earn trust by putting the work on a real listing than ask you to take my word for it.
Ground and aerial photography, a 60-second listing video using ground and drone footage, a detailed floor plan, and branded plus MLS-compliant unbranded property websites. Drone work depends on weather, legal airspace, and site safety.
The complimentary offer covers an accepted residential property up to 8,000 finished square feet. Travel outside the confirmed service area, unusual access, rush work, twilight coverage, virtual staging, extra edits, and other added services are priced before anything is added.
Core listing photos target delivery within 24 hours of the shoot. The finished listing video targets delivery within 48 hours. I will tell you before booking if property complexity, weather, travel, or a custom request changes that timing.
Eligible agents, brokers, and homeowners can apply through Titus inside the Spiro checkout. Titus uses a soft credit pull for pre-qualification, shows the exact rate and terms before acceptance, and pays Flyover immediately. The applicant repays Titus when the property sells or under the final loan terms. Approval is not guaranteed, and the option is not currently available through Spiro in Rhode Island.
The New England launch area includes Southern Maine, the New Hampshire Seacoast, and Greater Boston. Submit the address and I will confirm coverage before accepting the request.
No. It starts a property and scheduling review. A shoot is reserved only after I confirm acceptance and the date.
Send the address and timing so I can confirm the property, service area, and shoot date.
