Is this a sales call?

No. The call is a system audit. We ask you 6 questions about your business, review your last 3 listings, and map the 3-pillar system to your specific situation. You walk away with a custom plan whether we work together or not. If at the end you want to talk about installing the system, we have that conversation. If you don't, we don't.

How much does the system cost if I want to install it?

Packages start at $595 for single-listing photo and video. The full 3-pillar system installation (Story + Reach + Capture) typically runs $1,495 to $4,500 depending on listing volume and how custom the agent website needs to be. The strategy call is where we figure out the right fit. No surprises.

I'm not "luxury" yet. Am I a fit?

The agents who get the most out of this are doing $750K+ listings consistently or want to break into that tier. If you're listing $250K starter homes exclusively, the math doesn't pencil. If you're somewhere in between, the strategy call will tell us both whether this makes sense for your next 12 months.

Do you only work in Maine?

Primary service area is 60-mile radius from South Portland: all of Southern Maine, the NH Seacoast, and the Massachusetts North Shore. Beyond that radius, travel fees apply. Full-system installs (Pillar 02 + 03) can run remotely; only Pillar 01 needs us on-location.

What happens to my GHL CRM data if I stop working with you?

You own it. Always. The CRM is YOUR account in your name, set up for you. We're consultants on the workflow, not landlords on the data. If you ever stop, you keep every lead, every contact, every automation. That's the whole point of Pillar 03: building the asset that compounds for you, not us.
