Send the active listing, preferred date, approximate square footage, and confirmation that the seller has approved the shoot.

Eligibility review

I confirm that you are a first-time Flyover client and that the property is in Maine, New Hampshire, or Greater Boston.

Shoot and delivery

Once accepted, we lock the date and complete the included Essentials deliverables. Square footage above 2,500 and any added services are quoted before the shoot.

Before you book, read this.

Is the Essentials package really free?

Yes. The included package is free for the first 10 agents I accept. There is no required subscription or future purchase. I am using the offer to meet agents I hope will choose Flyover again after seeing the work.

What exactly is included?

Up to 40 listing photos, up to 10 drone photos when flight conditions and airspace allow, a detailed floor plan, branded and unbranded property websites, and a 90-second walkthrough video.

What can still cost money?

The package covers homes up to 2,500 square feet. Additional square footage, travel outside the service corridor, twilight coverage, virtual staging, extra video edits, and other added services are paid. You will receive the price before anything is added.

Where do you work?

The New England launch area includes Southern Maine, the New Hampshire Seacoast, and Greater Boston. Submit the address and I will confirm coverage before accepting the request.

Does submitting the form reserve a spot?

No. It starts an eligibility review. A spot is reserved only after I confirm acceptance and the shoot date. Once 10 agents are accepted, later qualified requests move to a waitlist.
