This Privacy Policy explains how Flyover Creative collects, uses, and protects information when you visit flyovercreative.com, send us a request, book a shoot, or exchange calls, emails, or text messages with us. Flyover Creative is a real estate photography, drone, and video business serving Maine, New Hampshire, and Greater Boston. Flyover Creative is a brand of Muyinza Media.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company or brokerage, property address, square footage, listing details, preferred shoot dates, and anything you write in a message.
- Booking and payment information: orders and payments are handled in our booking and payment providers' secure checkout. We do not collect card or bank numbers through website forms, email, or text messages.
- Communication records: calls, emails, and text messages you exchange with us, and your text-message consent record (described below).
- Website usage information: pages visited, referring links and campaign tags, device and browser type, and similar data collected through cookies and analytics tools.
How we use information
- Reply to your request and send quotes.
- Schedule, confirm, and deliver shoots, and send the related updates.
- Provide customer support and keep records of our work for you.
- Send text messages only if you opted in to them, and marketing texts only if you checked the separate marketing box (see Text messaging).
- Send emails you asked for, such as a newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the email.
- Measure and improve our website and advertising.
- Meet legal, tax, and safety obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only so they can perform that work for us. These include our customer relationship management and messaging platform, website hosting, booking and payment providers, email delivery, and analytics and advertising tools. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and safety.
The text-message information described in the next section is excluded from all sharing described in this policy.
Text messaging (SMS)
Texting is optional. You do not have to agree to text messages to request a quote or book a shoot. If you do not opt in, we reply by phone or email.
How you opt in: forms on our website that ask for a phone number include two optional text-message checkboxes, one for customer care messages and a separate one for marketing messages. Neither box is pre-checked, you can check one, both, or neither, and you can submit the form without checking either. The customer care box says:

You may also start a conversation by texting us first at (978) 735-8864; we reply only to that conversation.
Consent record: when you opt in, we record your phone number, which box you checked, the date and time, the page you were on, and the wording you agreed to.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads, to understand how the website is used and to measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalization in your Google account settings.
How we protect and keep information
We keep your information in access-controlled business accounts protected by passwords and two-factor sign-in, and our website and forms use encrypted HTTPS connections. We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records, or meet legal requirements, and we delete it when you ask unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to stop text messages at any time.
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Email muyinza@flyovercreative.com to ask what information we hold about you, or to correct or delete it.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and you must be 18 or older to opt in to our text messages.
