Maine weather is unpredictable. If conditions aren't safe or optimal for aerial work, we reschedule at no cost. Ground photography can often proceed in overcast conditions, which actually produces beautiful, even lighting. We monitor weather 48 hours before every shoot and proactively communicate any changes.

Yes. We hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carry $1M commercial liability insurance for all drone operations. Certificate of insurance is available upon request. Most brokerages require this and we're happy to provide it before the shoot.

Yes. We hold LAANC authorization to fly in controlled airspace around Portland International Jetport and other airports. We handle all FAA airspace authorizations in advance so there's never a delay on shoot day. Most authorization requests are approved instantly through the LAANC system.

Our primary service area is a 60-mile radius from South Portland, covering Greater Portland, Cape Elizabeth, Scarborough, Falmouth, Kennebunkport, Freeport, and the NH Seacoast. We serve midcoast Maine (Brunswick, Camden, Rockport) and Bar Harbor with a small travel fee for properties beyond 60 miles.

Sony a7SIII and a7IV bodies with G Master lenses (24-70mm f/2.8, 135mm f/1.8, 16-35mm f/2.8). Aerial work uses the DJI Air 3S with its 1-inch 50MP sensor and 70mm telephoto lens. All footage is color graded in DaVinci Resolve Studio. Cinema-grade at every altitude.

We send a detailed preparation checklist when you book. The basics: declutter surfaces, turn on all lights, open blinds, hide trash cans and personal items. For luxury listings, we recommend professional staging before the shoot. We're happy to coordinate timing with your stager.

Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG (MLS-ready and print-ready) via a private online gallery. Video is delivered in MP4 (4K and 1080p). Social media cuts come in both 9:16 vertical and 16:9 horizontal formats. All files are delivered through a private download link with no expiration.
