Flyover Creative is a brand of Muyinza Media. These Terms apply to your use of flyovercreative.com and to communications with Flyover Creative, including our text messaging program. By using this website or opting in to our text messages, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Flyover Creative provides real estate photography, drone and aerial media, video, floor plans, virtual tours, property websites, and related marketing services in Maine, New Hampshire, and Greater Boston. Current package prices are on our Pricing page.
A quote, a website form submission, or a text or email conversation is not a confirmed booking. A shoot is confirmed when we confirm it in writing or you complete an order in our booking checkout. Each order is also governed by the terms shown at checkout or in your written agreement with us. If those terms conflict with this page, the order terms control for that order.
Drone flights depend on weather, airspace rules, flight restrictions, and site safety. We decide whether aerial work can be done safely and lawfully, and we may reschedule or change it when conditions require.
Using this website
You agree to give accurate information in our forms and not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit content you do not have the right to share. Website content, including photos, video, and text, belongs to Flyover Creative or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Rights to media we create for you are set out in your order or agreement.
SMS Terms
Program: Flyover Creative text messages, sent by Flyover Creative (a brand of Muyinza Media) from (978) 735-8864. The program has two parts, and you choose each one separately with its own optional, unchecked box on our website forms.
Customer care messages (customer care box, or when you text us first):
- Replies to your request and questions
- Quote follow-ups
- Shoot appointment confirmations, reminders, and schedule or weather changes
- Delivery notices when your photos, video, or other media are ready
Marketing messages (only if you check the separate marketing box):
- Shoot availability and open dates
- Offers and promotions on our real estate media services
- News about new services
We never send marketing texts to someone who only checked the customer care box or only texted us.
Texting is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not opt in, we contact you by phone or email.
Age: you must be 18 or older to opt in.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
To cancel: text STOP to any of our messages. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts of any kind unless you opt in again. You can also ask us to stop by calling or emailing us.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disclaimers and limits
The website and its content are provided as is. Floor plans, measurements, maps, and similar materials are approximate marketing aids, not surveys. To the extent the law allows, Flyover Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the website or our text messages after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
