Strong stills are the cheapest lever you have before a price cut. They get a buyer picturing the home as theirs from the first scroll, which is what turns a saved listing into a booked showing.

FAQ

Real estate photography questions

Do you need FAA authorization to fly over a Greater Boston listing?+

Yes. Almost all of Greater Boston sits inside controlled airspace ringed by Logan, Hanscom, Norwood, and Beverly, so a legal aerial shoot requires LAANC authorization filed before the flight. I am FAA Part 107 certified and fully insured, and I clear the airspace for the exact address before we book. See the guide to drone laws for real estate in MA, NH and Maine.

Should I book photos, a listing video, or both?+

Stills are the right call when the value is the lot, the setting, or proximity to water and town. Video earns its place on experience-driven and waterfront homes where flow and scale sell the property. Many luxury listings use both, and I will recommend the right mix for the home.

Which towns do you cover?+

Based in Greater Boston, covering Boston, the affluent suburbs like Brookline, Newton, and Wellesley, the North Shore, the NH Seacoast, and Southern Maine. See every town on the service areas page.

How fast is turnaround?+

Standard delivery is 24 hours. You receive HDR-processed, gallery-ready frames curated for MLS, print, and social, shot at multiple altitudes from low detail passes up to high context views.
