How self-service booking works
The live Spiro portal shows current packages, add-ons, appointment availability, and payment choices.
Open the Flyover portal
Use the secure Spiro link above. Sign in or create your profile if the portal asks you to.
Choose the media
Select the photo, video, floor plan, website, virtual-tour, or other options needed for the listing.
Add the property
Enter the listing address, property details, access information, and the best on-site contact.
Choose a time
Select from the appointment windows currently available. A date is not final until the order is confirmed.
Select payment
Choose the payment method offered in the secure checkout. Eligible Pay at Close applicants complete Titus steps there, not over email.
Review and confirm
Check the property, package, access, date, and contact details. Spiro will send the order confirmation and updates.
Want Flyover to prepare the order?
Reply to the email that brought you here with “book it for me” and the details on this list. Muyinza will review the listing and availability, prepare the order, and send the secure next step. This is the simplest route for the complimentary first shoot.
Ask Flyover to book it- Your full name and best phone number
- Listing address and approximate finished square footage
- The package or media you want
- Two preferred shoot date and time windows
- Access notes and the on-site contact
- Confirmation that the seller or owner permits the shoot
Pay at Close, without tying up listing cash flow
For eligible later shoots, Titus Pay at Close is available inside the Spiro checkout. An eligible licensed agent or broker, or the homeowner/seller, applies in the secure provider flow. Titus uses a soft credit pull for pre-qualification, shows the exact terms before acceptance, and pays Flyover after the approved transaction is completed.
Repayment is generally due when the property sells, the listing is canceled or withdrawn, or after six months, subject to the provider's final agreement. Approval, rates, and availability are determined by Titus. The Spiro integration does not currently offer Pay at Close in California, North Dakota, South Dakota, Rhode Island, or Vermont.
Never email or text card details, bank information, Social Security numbers, passwords, credit scores, or financing credentials. Enter sensitive information only in the secure Spiro/Titus flow.
