Realtors and brokers
Listing media that sells the property, and brand content that shows how you work. Most agents start with one and add the other once they see it working.
Whether you list a handful of high-value homes a year or run a team with steady volume, the right answer starts with what you are selling and who you want to reach.

FAQ
Say that in the message. Listing media sells one property. Brand content sells your judgment across all of them. Most agents start with a listing, see how it feels, then decide. You are not committing to a direction by asking.
Both. For a team or a brokerage the work usually becomes a consistent identity with individual agents demonstrating their own expertise inside it. The broker page covers how that is structured.
Yes. I hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carry $1M commercial liability insurance for drone operations. A certificate of insurance is available on request, and I am LAANC authorized for controlled airspace requests. Most brokerages ask for this before a shoot.
Listing packages are published on the pricing page, so you can price a shoot yourself before you ever contact me. Brand content is scoped after a conversation, because the deliverables depend on your channels and how much of your work can be filmed with permission.
Tell me the date you are aiming for and I will tell you honestly whether it is open. Weather, legal airspace, and seller access all affect what is possible, and I would rather say no to a date than miss it.
