How fast do I get my photos and video back?

Starter and Essentials photos, floor plans, and property websites are delivered the next business day. Essentials video and Signature video and reels are delivered within 3 business days. Rush delivery may be available when confirmed before the shoot.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Weather can change the safest and most useful media plan. I check current conditions before the shoot, confirm whether aerial work is practical, and discuss any schedule change with you. Ground photography may still be possible when drone conditions are not.

Are you insured and certified for drone work?

Yes. We hold an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and carry $1M commercial liability insurance for all drone operations. Certificate of insurance is available upon request. Most brokerages require this and we're happy to provide it before the shoot.

What areas do you cover?

Our New England service area includes Southern Maine, the New Hampshire Seacoast, Greater Boston, the western suburbs, and the North Shore. The launch focus begins in Maine and New Hampshire, and a small travel fee may apply beyond about 60 miles.

What camera equipment do you use?

Sony a7SIII and a7IV bodies with G Master lenses (24-70mm f/2.8, 135mm f/1.8, 16-35mm f/2.8). Aerial work uses the DJI Air 3S with its 1-inch 50MP sensor and 70mm telephoto lens. All footage is color graded in DaVinci Resolve Studio. Cinema-grade at every altitude.

Do I need to prepare the property before the shoot?

We send a detailed preparation checklist when you book. The basics: declutter surfaces, turn on all lights, open blinds, hide trash cans and personal items. For luxury listings, we recommend professional staging before the shoot. We're happy to coordinate timing with your stager.

How do I book a shoot?

Do you offer volume discounts for teams or brokerages?

Yes. My Agent Retainer is the best value for high-volume agents. For brokerages with multiple agents, we offer custom partnership pricing. Contact us to discuss your team's needs and we'll put together a tailored proposal.

What file formats do I receive?

Photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG (MLS-ready and print-ready) via a private online gallery. Video is delivered in MP4 (4K and 1080p). Social media cuts come in both 9:16 vertical and 16:9 horizontal formats. All files are delivered through a private download link with no expiration.

Subcontracting questions

Do you deliver white-label? +

Yes. Files come back unbranded, in the format and naming convention you ask for, so you deliver them to your client under your own name. I do not contact your client and I do not market to them.

Can you show proof of certification and insurance? +

Yes. FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate and $1M commercial liability insurance. A certificate of insurance naming your company can be provided before the job, which is usually what the brokerage or property manager is asking for.

What about controlled airspace? +

I check the exact address, current airspace, weather, NOTAMs, and temporary flight restrictions before I commit to a flight. Where controlled airspace authorization is required and available I submit the appropriate LAANC or FAA DroneZone request. Authorization does not override other restrictions or site-access rules, and I will tell you before you promise your client a date.

What gear do you shoot on? +
