For agents & brokerages
You handled the inspection panic, the financing scare, and the walkthrough at 8pm. Then the keys changed hands and nobody asked them to write it down. We ask, automatically, for every past client you have ever closed.
Buyers and sellers pick an agent the way they pick a restaurant. A profile with 90 reviews beats a better agent with 11, every time, because the 11 reads like somebody just started. Review count is the cheapest credibility you can build, and it compounds.
Step 01
Export your database from Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Sierra, a CRM export or a spreadsheet you have been keeping since 2019. We connect your Google Business Profile and load the list. About twenty minutes of your time, once.
Step 02
Text and email carrying your name and your photo, not a bare link from a number nobody recognizes. We send a handful a day rather than blasting the list, because a profile that jumps from 12 reviews to 140 in a week looks manufactured to Google and gets treated that way.
Across service businesses, 5 to 15 percent of past clients respond. On a 300-closing history that is 15 to 45 reviews in the first couple of months.
Step 03
After the first wave, each new closing rolls into the sequence on its own. You stop remembering to ask, and the profile keeps climbing while you work. Every review gets a reply drafted in your voice, because an unanswered review page reads like an agent who left the business.
Pricing & questions
$99 a month, plus text costs billed at what the carriers charge us, usually $10 to $40 depending on list size. No setup fee, no contract, cancel any month. During the two-week trial there is no card on file, so nothing charges by accident.
No. Asking how it went and sending only the happy ones to Google is review gating. It violates Google's policy and the FTC's rule on review suppression, and it can get a profile's reviews stripped. Some vendors sell it anyway. We do not.
Typically 5 to 15 percent of the past clients we contact. The size of your history decides the first wave. If your list is thin we will say so before the trial starts rather than after.
With consent, yes. People who hired you and gave you their number can generally be contacted about the transaction you handled. Every message carries an opt-out, opt-outs are permanent, and the sending number is registered properly, which most do-it-yourself setups skip.
It happens, and it is survivable. A 4.8 across 120 reviews outperforms a 5.0 across 9, because nobody believes nine perfect reviews. You also hear about problems while you can still fix them.
Yes. Each agent gets their own sequence and their own profile, and the brokerage sees the whole picture. Ask about per-agent pricing if you are running more than five.
We do the setup, your past clients get asked properly, and you watch what lands. Keep it at $99 a month or walk, and either way the reviews are yours.
