Automate your real estate business with AI

Your leads get answered in minutes, your clients hear from you at every step, and your past clients remember you, while you're at showings. You approve anything that goes to a client, and every piece is checked for Fair Housing first.

What it runs

Your office, handled.

Zillow, Realtor.com and sign-call leads answered in minutes, not hoursEvery call picked up, even at a showing or a closing tableClients updated from offer to closing, with a wire fraud warning every timePast clients hear from you on their home anniversaryReviews asked of every client, the same way, no gatingAds built under the housing rules, paused until you turn them on
  1. 01

    Portal leads

A reply in your voice within minutes, follow-ups on day 1, 3 and 7, and every lead tagged by source so you see which portal pays.

  2. 02

    Phone and sign calls

An AI receptionist that gives MLS facts, books showing requests, transfers hot leads to your cell, and never gives legal or lending advice.

  3. 03

    Website chat

Answers at 2am, asks buyers and sellers the right questions, and gives the same Fair Housing answer to every 'is it a safe area?'

  4. 04

    Missed calls

A text in seconds with your name and brokerage, so the caller doesn't dial the next agent.

  5. 05

    Showings to closing

Showing confirmations, feedback requests, under-contract and closing updates, each with a wire fraud warning. Never offer terms.

  6. 06

    Past clients

Home anniversary notes, a quarterly check-in and a newsletter, with an honest 'want the recent sales near you?' instead of a guessed value.

  7. 07

    Reviews

One neutral ask to every closed client on Google or Zillow, and replies that reveal nothing from the sale.

  8. 08

    Seller net sheets

What your seller walks away with at one or more prices, from your numbers, clearly labeled as an estimate.

  9. 09

    Ads

Google and Meta campaigns under the housing ad rules: Special Ad Category on, no age, gender or ZIP targeting, 15-mile minimum radius.

  10. 10

    Text the office

Text 'send the Smiths the CMA' or 'text my buyers about the new listing on Elm'. It builds it, checks it and asks before it goes.

Questions

Straight answers.

Will it send things without me?

No. Every skill drafts and waits for your yes. The only exception is a job you put on AUTO yourself, like review requests after closing, inside limits you set. Offers, contracts, money and wires never run on their own.

Is it Fair Housing safe?

Every draft, bot answer, list and ad audience is checked against Fair Housing rules and your required disclosures before you see it. It's a first-line check, not legal advice. Your broker has the final say.

Does it work with my brokerage's CRM?

It works with GoHighLevel and with pasted text and files. If your brokerage requires its own CRM or owns your leads, the setup asks first and works around it. Ask your broker before adding tools.

Do I need GoHighLevel?

For the AI office pieces (receptionist, chatbot, text back, automations), yes. The listing, net sheet, lead reply and review skills work without it.

Does it scrape Zillow or my MLS?

No. It never logs in to your MLS or scrapes a portal. Client links go to your own IDX site.

What does done for you cost?

From $500, priced by scope: how many workflows, numbers and integrations you need. A $50 consult first is fine.

Your office should run while you work.

Your leads get answered in minutes, your clients hear from you at every step, and your past clients remember you, while you're at showings. You approve anything that goes to a client, and every piece is checked for Fair Housing first.
